Congrats to the Florida Gators.
Well deserved.
After all the crap we put up with from some of these jerks in the media and elsewhere, we've earned our right to talk some trash and show swagger. If other fans and some of these sportswriters hate us, let them; I could give a shit less.
I've heard some fans of Big Ten teams say that Florida is "greedy", and that we "begged" for our football wins - BULLSHIT!!!!! Good recruiting, the right attitude and the efforts of Billy Donovan, Urban Meyer and their respective assistants got us to where we are now. Our kids worked hard to win championships, and deserve everything they've achieved. If Gator fans are perceived as arrogant trash-talkers right now, that's okay - nothing like showing that Gator Nation pride, and it was a long time coming. Other teams have had their turn, and now it's OURS.

People that hate us mention our arrogance near the top of the reason why. Now that everything is clicking, they are going to hate us more.

First of all, there's deserved arrogance...and when you win three major national titles in a row, that's deserved arrogance.

the key word there is some. Don't lump the by and large Ohio State fans that get why Florida is rolling right now. Trust me, more OSU fans right now are saying, "Well, we need to step it up to get to their level..."
So enjoy your national titles...well deserved...
