Blacksburg

Virginia Tech is a school much like our beloved Florida in that they are so passionate about their sports.

I was in school in Gainesville in those dark days in 1990 when 5 Florida students were murdered. The panic, followed by the shock and the eventual mourning that consumed Gainesville is still difficult to remember. I cannot even conceive what it must be like in the small community of Blacksburg Virginia right now.

Our prayers go out to the students, facility, parents and community of Virginia Tech.
