Update

Update #1

1. I am wondering if T.K. Wetheral actually reads the press releases before they are released for print. How can the head of major institution release something that is so easily proven false? You don't even have to completely read the documents before you come to the realization that the press release is inaccurate. Even Florida State fans are coming to this realization.

2. The one item that I have had the greatest interest in is an allegation of Lack of Institutional Control. Well the facts submitted in the University’s response have, in essence, admitted to a Lack of Institutional Control – the direction to cheat came from employees of the school and therefore the school directed the violation of the terms of the scholarships and NCAA rules. That my friends is an excellent example of a Lack of Institutional Control.

3. It is being floated around that the NCAA has requested the details of all Florida State live game telecasts for the next three years. If this is, in fact, true the proverbial hammer is coming down on Florida State.

I've found the text of the response, but not the actual NOA itself. Have you found that posted online anywhere?

Wow, can I get a hold of those telecast schedules? I'd like to know, since I still don't know what channel FSU / Colorado will be on and what time Kickoff is...
