OB farewell tour continues to sputter

The official crowd at Miami's game against FIU was 40,915. Marginally better than the 39,830 that showed up for the opener against Marshall. There wasn't much to see as Miami looked average against what is arguably the worst team in division 1A. In fact, this web site that keeps track of almost every poll has the Golden Panthers of FIU ranked dead last with a median ranking of 118. Incidentally, Miami has a median ranking of 51. The next home game for the Hurricanes is this Thursday night against Texas A&M. Prime time against a ranked opponent, let's see what excuses the Miami faithful come up with for the sure-to-be small crowd, on Friday morning.
