I don't get it. It doesn't make any sense. Doesn't that quote contradict itself?
Plus, why exactly is Michigan being penalized? Is Boise State being penalized? How about Wisconsin? Or Louisville? Apparently none of them have any chance at all, and all have equal or better records.
It is not only a dumbass quote, it is stupid beyond comprehension.
