Yes, the system we have now sucks donkey balls, but at some point shouldn't we as fans of football want a title game that's, you know, watchable?

Besides, PSU is going to lose to Iowa anyway.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35816861.post-2536000855809199332008-10-26T15:52:00.000-04:002008-10-26T15:52:00.000-04:00The JoePa love is going to mask the fact that this...The JoePa love is going to mask the fact that this PSU team has an exceptionally weak schedule (and they only have Iowa and MSU left so I can't see it getting much stronger)-- its weaker than TT, and this slapfest vs. OSU hasn't exactly inspired me to think that the Nittany Lions would stay on the field with us, UT, USC, Oklahoma, etc.).Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35816861.post-50270882524125887032008-10-26T15:12:00.000-04:002008-10-26T15:12:00.000-04:00Just don't forget how "well rounded" OSU looked tw...Just don't forget how "well rounded" OSU looked two years ago...Andrewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14921806588747147447noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35816861.post-32208732396375351622008-10-26T01:05:00.000-04:002008-10-26T01:05:00.000-04:00Good observation Gomez have to agree, Texas may ha...Good observation Gomez have to agree, Texas may have problems on the road at Texas Tech setting up the Red Raiders in a championship game against Penn State, but they haven't seen D like Penn State. Similarly SEC defenses this year just aren't on par, Alabama has just squeaked by a couple poor teams, can't see them staying undefeated. Longhorns just holding on at home are due to fold on the road Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35816861.post-33258833449026376032008-10-26T00:02:00.000-04:002008-10-26T00:02:00.000-04:00I was pulling for OSU (don't tell anyone though) f...I was pulling for OSU (don't tell anyone though) for the same reason. Penn State's schedule is soft. OSU is the only ranked team on their schedule and their OOC is Coastal Carolina, Oregon State, Syracuse, and Temple. Not exactly impressing anyone. I say they (should) get jumped by a 1-loss Big 12 or SEC champ, but not by USC.Andrewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14921806588747147447noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35816861.post-74856443603836784872008-10-25T22:45:00.000-04:002008-10-25T22:45:00.000-04:00I think a 1 loss OSU gets passed over by a one los...I think a 1 loss OSU gets passed over by a one loss SEC champ. An undefeated PSU, on the other hand, does not. For that reason and that reason alone I am (painfully) hoping OSU wins this.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00764879936773128573noreply@blogger.com
